Difference between Junior and Senior VA

Junior VAs are less experienced and English may not be perfect. They are however, great for starters and if you are looking to get your Product Hunting started. Our Senior VAs are full stacked and are pre-trained with the TWF System including Jungle Scout, Keepa, CamelCamelCamel and similar software. These are college graduates and are highly proficient in English, thus, is good if you need additional support in phone and email, social media marketing and can perform additional tasks as necessary.

Communication

We respect your privacy and security of your data as much as we value ours. All communication is highly encouraged to be channeled through our Project Managers assigned who will assign the tasks to your agent(s). Project Managers shall ensure timely delivery, efficiency and quality of all services requested.

Hiring and Firing Process

Should you choose to avail our Full Time Service, a dedicated agent of your choosing will be allocated. You will be free to interview them at a given schedule. All these agents have undergone 2 weeks extensive training utilizing The Wholesale Formula approach for Amazon FBA Sellers.

Clients may choose to change any agent they have previously hired for non-performance or loss of trust. Agent will be replaced within 48hours.

Slack is our main tool for communication while Trello is used for Project Management. A time tracking software will also be provided per client request. Except for these, all other cost for software the client needs during the performance of our agent’s services will be shouldered by the client.

Data Privacy and Security

Billing

We take care of paying out the salaries of your chosen agents including state required benefits and taxes if applicable so you don’t have to worry about all these things.

You will be billed weekly and you are free to choose Paypal or bank transfer. All fees does not include Paypal and other similar fees.
